Creating a New Listing

To post a new internship position, navigate to your Employer Dashboard and click the "Post a Job" button. You will be guided through a simple form to collect all necessary details.

Required Fields

Internship Title

Standard professional title (e.g., "Frontend Developer Intern", "Digital Marketing Assistant"). Avoid internal codes.

Description

Detailed overview of responsibilities, learning outcomes, and day-to-day tasks.

Experience Levels

Select the experience level that best matches your expectations for the intern:

  • Junior: First-time interns, no prior professional experience required. Focus on potential and academic background.
  • Mid-Level: Students with 1-2 previous internships or significant project portfolio. Can work with some independence.
  • Senior: Master's students or those with extensive prior internship experience. Capable of handling complex tasks autonomously.

Location & Compensation

Work Arrangement

Define where the intern will be working. This helps filter candidates who are in your area or looking for remote work.

  • In-Office: 100% on-site presence required. Must specify City and State/Province.
  • Hybrid: Mix of remote and on-site work. Must specify location.
  • Remote: 100% work from home. Opens your talent pool to students worldwide.

Compensation Type

Paid Internship

Offers a salary or stipend. Highly recommended to attract top talent.

  • Wage Amount: Numerical value (e.g., 1500)
  • Frequency: Hourly, Monthly, or Yearly

Unpaid / Academic Credit

No financial compensation provided.

Note: Unpaid internships are subject to strict legal regulations in many jurisdictions. Verify local labor laws before posting. In France, internships over 2 months MUST be paid.

  • Close/Archive: Stop receiving applications when the position is filled.

Listing Statuses

Your internship listing can be in one of three states:
