Technical Requirements
InternGlobe provides an integrated video solution powered by Jitsi Meet. No downloads are required.

- Camera: Built-in or external webcam.
- Microphone: Headset recommended for clear audio.
- Internet: Stable connection (minimum 2Mbps down/1Mbps up).
Joining the Meeting
Your interview is scheduled? Great! Here is what to do on the big day.
- Log in to your Dashboard 15 minutes early.
- Go to the "Interviews" tab.
- Find your upcoming session card.
- Wait for the "Join Meeting" button to become active (5 minutes before start).
- Click to launch the secure video room.
Waiting Room
You will enter a virtual lobby first. Use this time to check your lighting and background.

Audio or video issues? Try these steps:
- Reload the page.
- Check browser permissions for Camera/Microphone access.
- Close other tabs or apps using the camera (Zoom, Teams).
- Switch to a different browser.
Emergency Contact
If technical issues persist for more than 5 minutes, use the in-app chat to message the interviewer or contact support immediately.
