Application Management Best Practices

Check Daily

Log in to your dashboard at least once per day. Employers appreciate quick responses, and interview slots fill up fast.

Enable Email Notifications

Make sure email notifications are enabled in Settings. This ensures you never miss an interview invitation or status change.

Track Externally Too

Keep a personal spreadsheet with application dates, company names, and follow-up reminders. This helps you stay organized across multiple applications.

Don't Put All Eggs in One Basket

Even if you have an "Interview Scheduled" status somewhere, continue applying to other positions until you receive and accept a firm offer.

Be Professional Always

All messages to employers are part of your evaluation. Use proper grammar, be polite, and respond promptly. First impressions matter.

Learn from Rejections

If you receive "Not Selected" multiple times, request AI CV review from the platform. There may be improvements you can make to increase success rate.
