AI-powered talent search is a premium feature that allows verified companies to proactively search for qualified candidates. Instead of passively waiting for applications, you can:
- Search in natural language: Describe the ideal candidate as you would to a colleague
- Get relevance scores: AI automatically calculates each candidate's match percentage
- Invite directly: Send personalized invitations to top profiles
- Save time: AI analyzes and summarizes CVs for you
Feature Access
To access talent search:
- Ensure your company is verified
- Go to one of your internship offer details
- Click the "Talent Search" button
The search is contextualized by the offer: AI automatically considers job requirements to refine results.
Search Modes
Two search modes are available:
AIAI Search
Describe the ideal candidate in natural language. AI understands context and finds the best profiles.
Example:
"Motivated student with project management experience and English proficiency"
Keyword Search
Traditional search based on specific keywords (skills, languages, location).
Example:
"React TypeScript Paris"
AI Search in Detail
AI search uses our model to analyze your query and find the most relevant candidates.
How does it work?
- Context analysis: AI considers your internship offer (title, description, experience level, location)
- Criteria extraction: Your prompt is analyzed to identify skills, languages, and other criteria
- Smart search: Student profiles are filtered according to combined criteria
- Relevance scoring: Each candidate receives a score from 0 to 100% based on match
- Summary generation: AI creates a professional summary for each CV
Prompt Enhancement
The "Enhance" button (✨ icon) automatically enriches your search with relevant details based on the internship offer.

Voice Input
Use the microphone button (🎤) to dictate your search instead of typing. Convenient for long or complex searches.
- Click the microphone icon at the top right of the text field
- Speak clearly in French or English
- Text appears automatically in the field
- Click again to stop recording
Results & Scoring
Results are automatically sorted by descending relevance. Each candidate card displays:
- Match score: Percentage from 0 to 100%
- AI summary: Automatically generated professional description
- Key skills: Top 4 skills
- Academic information: Program, year, GPA
- Location: Geographic preferences
Score interpretation:
- 90-100%: Excellent match - Ideal candidate
- 75-89%: Very good match - Highly recommended
- 60-74%: Good match - Worth considering
- < 60%: Partial match - Check details
Candidate Invitations
Directly invite top candidates to apply to your offer:
- Click "Send invitation" on the candidate's card
- Add a personalized message (optional but recommended)
- Click "Send"
The student will receive an email with your invitation and can apply with one click.
Search History
All your searches are automatically saved. Access history via the "Search history" button below the search buttons.
- View your last 10 searches
- Click on a search to reuse it
- Delete obsolete searches
