Subscription Management
Scale your student capacity as needed. Manage your billing, invoices, and subscription tiers directly from the dashboard.
Viewing Current Plan
Go to Settings > Billing to see your active subscription details. You can check:
- Current Plan: Basic, Premium, or Enterprise.
- Status: Trial, Active, or Past Due.
- Next Renewal Date: When your next charge will occur.
Managing Student Capacity
Your plan dictates the maximum number of active verified students you can host.
If you reach your limit, you cannot invite new students until you upgrade or archive old student accounts.
Upgrading
- Click "Change Plan" in the billing dashboard.
- Select the new tier (e.g., upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited students).
- Confirm payment via Stripe.
- New capacity is unlocked instantly.
Billing & Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You can download PDF invoices for your finance department from the "Invoice History" section.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How Cancellation Works
When you click "Cancel Subscription", your plan is set to Cancel at Period End. You retain full access to all features until your current billing cycle ends. After that date, your account downgrades to a restricted "Read Only" mode.
