Required Information
During the verification process, you will be asked to provide specific details about your legal entity. Having this information ready will speed up the process.
You Will Need:
- Company Unique ID: Your official business registration number (e.g., SIRET in France, EIN in US, CR in other regions).
- Tax ID (Optional): Your VAT or tax identification number.
- Legal Form: The legal structure of your company (e.g., Ltd, LLC, SARL, SAS, Corp).
- Registration Date & City: When and where your company was legally incorporated.
Document Upload
You must upload at least one official document to prove your organization's existence. Accepted documents include:
Business Registration
Official certificate of incorporation or business registration (K-Busextract, Certificate of Good Standing).
Tax Certificate
Official document from tax authorities showing your Tax ID/VAT number.
Legal Status Proof
Articles of Association or similar document defining the legal structure.

InternGlobe uses advanced AI to process your documents instantly.
- Upload: You submit your documents securely.
- Scanning: Our AI scans the text to extract the Company Name, Registration Number, and Date.
- Matching: The AI compares extracted data with the information you entered in your profile.
- Decision:
- High Confidence (85%): Automatic approval. Verified instantly.
- Low Confidence: Flagged for manual review by our compliance team (24-48 hours).
Verification Statuses
You can track your status in Organization Settings:

Common Issues & Solutions
Name Mismatch
Your profile name must MATCH the legal name on documents. If you trade under a different brand name, please provide proof of "Doing Business As" (DBA).
Blurry Images
Smartphone photos are often rejected due to glare or low focus. Please use a scanner or a scanning app (like Adobe Scan or CamScanner) for clear PDFs.
Expired Documents
We cannot accept business registrations older than specific validity periods (varies by country). Ensure you upload the most recent renewal receipt.
