Quick Start Guide
Complete step-by-step guide to get started on InternGlobe. Follow these instructions to create your account, set up your profile, and start using the platform in less than 10 minutes.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
- Valid Email Address: You'll need to verify your email to activate your account.
- Phone Number: Optional but recommended for account security.
- Profile Information: Depending on your role, prepare the documents or information listed below.

Step 1: Create Your Account

- Go to the InternGlobe homepage at
www.internglobe.com - Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, or
- Navigate directly to www.internglobe.com/sign-up
1.2 Enter Your Information
Fill in the registration form with the following information:
- Full Name: Your first and last name (e.g., "John Doe")
- Email Address: A valid email you check regularly
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm
1.3 Accept Terms and Conditions
Check the box to confirm you've read and accept:
- Terms of Service: Rules governing platform use
- Privacy Policy: How we handle your data
- Cookie Policy: Our use of cookies for functionality
1.4 Complete the CAPTCHA
Verify you're human by completing the security check (e.g., "I'm not a robot").
1.5 Submit Registration
Click the "Create Account" button. You'll see a confirmation message that your account has been created.
Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

After registration, an email will be sent to the address you provided. The email will have:
- Subject: "Verify Your InternGlobe Account"
- Sender: noreply@internglobe.com
- Content: Welcome message with a verification link
2.2 Click the Verification Link
Open the email and click the "Verify Email Address" button. This will:
- Open a new browser tab
- Confirm your email is valid
- Activate your account
- Redirect you to the profile selection page
Important: The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one from the login page.
Step 3: Choose Your Profile Type

Profile Types Explained
🎓 Student
Choose this if you are looking for internship opportunities.
You can:
- Search and apply for internships
- Upload your CV and build your profile
- Schedule video interviews
- Track your applications
- Get AI career guidance
🏢 Employer
Choose this if you represent a company hiring interns.
You can:
- Post internship opportunities
- Review and rate applications
- Conduct video interviews
- Get verified company badge
- Earn rewards for placements
🏫 University
Choose this if you manage student placements for an institution.
You can:
- Track student placements
- Manage student accounts
- View placement analytics
- Validate internships
- Export compliance reports
Making Your Selection
- Review the three profile type cards
- Click "Select" on the card that matches your needs
- Confirm your choice in the popup dialog
- You'll be redirected to the profile completion page
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
The information required depends on the profile type you selected. Follow the guide for your specific type below.
4A. For Students

- Profile Photo: Upload a professional photo (JPG/PNG, max 2MB)
- Phone Number: Your contact number with country code
Education
- University/School: Name of your current institution
- Degree/Program: E.g., "Bachelor of Computer Science"
Upload Your CV
- Click "Upload CV"
- Select a PDF file (max 5MB)
- Our AI will automatically extract key information
- Review and confirm the extracted data
4B. For Employers

- Company Name: Official registered business name
- Company Logo: Upload logo image (PNG/JPG, 500x500px recommended)
Verification Documents (Optional but Recommended)
Upload one of the following to get the "Verified" badge:
- Business Registration Certificate (PDF/JPG, max 10MB)
- Tax ID Document (SIRET, NIF, TIN)
- Articles of Incorporation
4C. For Universities

- University Name: Official institution name
- Institution Logo: Upload official logo (PNG, 1000x1000px)
- Email Domain: Your institutional email domain (e.g., "@university.edu")
- Location: Campus city and country
Congratulations! Your account is now set up. Here's what to do next based on your profile type:
Students - Start Your Internship Search
- Browse Internships: Go to the "Search" page to explore available opportunities
- Set Your Preferences: Filter by location, field, and work mode (remote/on-site)
- Save Favorites: Bookmark internships you're interested in
- Apply: Click "Apply Now" on listings that match your goals
- Track Applications: Monitor your application status from your dashboard

- Create a Listing: Click "Post Internship" from your dashboard
- Fill in Details: Job title, description, requirements, compensation
- Publish: Make your internship visible to students
